PAYMENT POLICY

♡ PayPal fees are not included in the commission price.
♡ A 30% deposit is required to reserve your slot. The remaining 70% is due upon completion.
♡ Your slot is only confirmed once the deposit is paid.
♡ I accept payment via: PayPal, E-transfer, Alipay.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

♡ To cancel, please contact me at least one month before your scheduled start date.
♡ I will issue a full refund (minus PayPal fees).
♡ I do not refund for cancellations made less than one month before your scheduled slot.

Payment Plans

♡ I accept payment plans, with a maximum duration of 4 months.
♡ Please let me know in advance, and we’ll arrange a schedule that works for both of us.
♡ Work will be delivered after full payment is completed.

Additional Terms

♡ I reserve the right to decline any commission.
♡ If you plan to sell, trade, or auction your Live2D model, please contact me first.
♡ Do not use my art for cryptocurrency or NFTs.
♡ I may post the finished work on social media or in my portfolio.
♡ If you prefer I wait until after your debut, just let me know!

Submission Requirements

♡ Please send ONE single document (Google Doc or PDF) containing all of the following via Twitter:- Reference images or a reference sheet
- Any important notes or details
- Any model cutting specifics
- Please specify whether you want me to design your character/outfit or if it's already designed♡ Make sure to also include:- Four expressions you would like (Note: Basic smile, open-mouth smile, and tongue out are already included. Please choose 4 other expressions.)
- All additional items/accessories you want from the start (I cannot guarantee time for extra items added later.)
- Your preferred payment method: PayPal, e-transfer, or Alipay

Timeline/Workflow

♡ I will let you know the estimated start date of your commission.
♡ Once I begin, I’ll contact you with rough sketches for review.
♡ Once the sketch is approved, I begin rendering from the face downward.
♡ There is no line art stage in my process.
♡ You’re welcome to request changes at any point during the process.
♡ However, major changes requested after the model is finished will incur a fee per change.
♡ I will start adding expressions, arm/leg poses once the full base model is completed.
♡ After all elements are finalized, I will cut the model for rigging.
♡ If you require parts to be separated in a specific way, please let me know beforehand.
♡ If no special instructions are given, I will separate parts in my usual workflow.
♡ Any requests for cutting modifications after I’ve delivered the final PSD will require an extra charge.
